  • MISSEU exports a variety of data from the perspective of the profession providing the services. It capitalizes on Promiso's ability to capture workload and relate it to elements such as client type, contact type, cost centre, and age group.
  • You create MISSEU reports row by row, specifying the fields you need in each. You might start with the report span and continue with rows of statistical account numbers and the corresponding workload, caseload status, or service activity statistics. Copy features facilitate repetitive work from row to row and one profession to another.
  • Once you've created a report, you run it as required (e.g., every month). Each time it is run, it iterates through the database and writes to an export file in ANSI Standard Delimited Format (SDF). This file can then be imported by the receiving applications.

Case Costing Export Utility

CCEU exports workload data in two ways: Detail reports from the perspective of the individual recipients of the services provided by a profession and Volume reports from the perspective of the professions providing the services as a whole. CCEU takes advantage of Promiso's ability to track workload by client, encounter number, and the profession providing the service.

  • Detail reports are the extracts to run when you need to know the time a profession has spent providing services to each client, broken down by encounter number, date, and activity category if desired. You create a Detail report by specifying the fields you need in a single row. A copy feature facilitates repetitive work from one Detail report to another.
  • Volume reports are the extracts to run when you need to know the time a profession has spent providing services to clients overall. You create Volume reports row by row, one profession per row, specifying the fields you need in each. Copy features facilitate repetitive work from row to row and one Volume report to another.

Why is workload measurement important?

How is Promiso licensed?

Licensing is based on the number of staff and students for whom workload is maintained, not the number of concurrent connections or users. For example, a site with a 1,600-pack license can define and activate as many as 1,600 Staff codes. Hours based licensing is also available that is based on the total number of hours that are entered per year. An hours based license is better suited to larger organizations and requires that a yearly license audit be carried out.
